DescriptionSeven Dials is a famous crossroads in the St Giles Parish of London (the location of Hogarth's Gin Lane) with seven roads leading away from a central pillar forming a star. The gin itself was created by the London Gin Club, based at The Star at Night in nearby Soho, and uses seven botanicals: juniper, coriander, angelica, marshmallow root, clementine peel, cardamom and almond for a juniper led dry but creamy smooth gin. The gin is cold distilled which means the botanicals and wheat spirit are not heated during the distillation process.
